In system: A fictive of the Utauloid Kasane Teto. Often gets the urge to rhyme or speak in singsong even in normal conversation, though she typically resists it in most cases.
In source: A virtual idol character originally created as an April Fool's joke of a fake Vocaloid release, who later went on to be used as the face of the free alternative UTAU and rose to comparable fame to many of her Vocaloid counterparts. Unlike many of her counterparts, who are most often portrayed as teenagers in accordance with real life idol culture, Teto was envisioned as a 31-year-old, and her gender was listed as "chimera", a term for which the original intent was never clarified but has led many fans to interpret her as transgender or intersex.
