Lyra System Lyra SystemHello! We're the Lyra system (they/them), a disabled transfem DID system from the United States. This site is our place to put our member profiles, plurality resources, and other things we want to share or educate about.
The Lyra system is a bodily-XXy/o DID system of several dozen members. We came out as transfem in February 2020, and later discovered our system in September 2024, since which we've been learning to work together while awaiting a chance to seek professional diagnosis. We are also autistic, ADHD, and physically disabled from various childhood injuries.
Prior to world events and personal issues leading us to drop out of college in 2020, we were a linguistics major focusing on Japanese, which we speak proficiently. We also enjoy video games, Magic: The Gathering, TTRPGs, anime/manga, superhero comics, and have had an on and off relationship with musicianship.
We don't use most social media for mental health reasons, but you can regularly find us on Tumblr or on Discord (@foxoninetails).
